SIFAX Group and the Port Authority Police (Western) Command have deepen collaboration aimed at enhancing safety and operational efficiency across Lagos ports.
The commitment was reaffirmed during a courtesy visit by the newly appointed Commissioner of Police, Port Authority Police (Western) Command, Mrs. Oluwatoyin Iyabode Agbaminoja, to the SIFAX Group headquarters.
While receiving the delegation, Chairman of SIFAX Group, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, emphasized that sustainable port security depends on strong partnerships among stakeholders within the maritime ecosystem.

He noted that supporting the Police Command is critical to protecting lives and property, preserving port infrastructure, and ensuring a conducive environment for legitimate commercial activities.
Afolabi commended CP Agbaminoja’s track record across previous maritime-related postings and expressed confidence in her capacity to deliver results in her new role.
