Oyo/Osun Area Command Conducts Medical Outreach For Officers And Men, Reaffirms Customs Personal Welfare




In line with its commitment to enhancing the welfare and operational efficiency of its personnel, the Oyo/Osun Area Command, under the leadership of the Acting Customs Area Controller, Deputy Comptroller Wale Moses Adewole, has conducted a medical outreach for officers and men across its patrol teams and outstations.


The initiative, carried out through the Command’s Medical Unit, was aimed at promoting the health and wellbeing of personnel, thereby strengthening their capacity to effectively discharge their duties within their respective Areas of Responsibility.

The Medical Team, led by Assistant Comptroller Jamila Ukpo, visited key outstations and patrol bases where comprehensive medical checkups and basic healthcare services were provided to officers and men. The Medical checkups commenced on Monday  20 Apr 26 and ended on Friday 24 Apr 26


The outreach underscores the Command’s recognition of the critical role of sound health in achieving optimal performance and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

The Oyo/Osun Area Command remains committed to initiatives that support the welfare, morale, and productivity of its personnel in the discharge of their statutory responsibilities.
