The Secretary-General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Mr. Arsenio Dominguez, has arrived in Nigeria on an official visit.

The IMO scribe was warmly received by the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, H.E. Adegboyega Oyetola, CON; the Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr. Dayo Mobereola; as well as other Chief Executives within the maritime industry.
As part of his engagements, Mr. Arsenio Dominguez interacted with cadets and seafarers from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria (MAN), Oron, during a two-hour lecture session on seafaring.
