Congress of Nigerian Maritime Media Practitioners (CONMMEP) has congratulated Dr. Bolaji Akinola on his appointment as Media and Communication Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, His Excellency, Adegboyega Oyetola.
In a letter signed by the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of CONMMEP, Mcanthony Onuoha and made available to journalists,the President of CONMMEP, Alhaji Tunde Umar-Daniah, on behalf of the association, congratulated Dr. Akinola on his well deserved appointment.
According to Alhaji Tunde Umar, “Dr. Akinola is a consummate and seasoned Media Practitioner, a perfect gentleman, who has contributed immensely to the growth of the maritime industry, and is still contributing through some of his noble initiatives, most especially, as a journalist and Publisher of Ships & Ports Newspaper, and CEO, Ships & Ports Communication Company.
His experience in Maritime and Corporate Communication will definitely be an added advantage

Dr. Bolaji Akinola is widely known for his contributions in issues bordering on port reforms, maritime safety, shipping development, and Nigeria’s Blue Economy.
