Shippers Council Boss, Asu Beks Celebrates Wife @40 In A Grand Style



The Executive Secretary and CEO of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, Barrister Pius Akutah, MON, joined  the families,  friends, and well-wishers of Asu Beks  in celebrating the 40th birthday of his wife,  Lady Elohor Ebiere Asu Beks. 

The event took place at  Sunfit  Suites, Amuwo Odofin,  Lagos, on Saturday, November 23, 2024.

Speaking at the event,  Barr. Akutah said that forty years covers a journey  filled with experiences, growth, and countless moments of joy and resilience,  he described Lady Elohor as a woman full  of grace, wisdom, and strength, nothing that her contributions extend beyond her family and  her support for her husband, Asu Beks.

“For us in the maritime industry, the beauty in the life of  Lady Elohor Asu Beks   reflected around  the  impact her husband, Asu Beks, has made in advancing the nation’s maritime sector. We see a shinning example of a supportive spouse who have provided kindness, generosity and motivation towards the advancement  of her husband's career",  Akutah stated.


The celebration was attended by notable dignitaries  from the maritime industry and beyond.

The Shippers Council boss made emphases on  the journey of life starting  at 40, 

“They say life begins at 40, and if that is true, we can only imagine the incredible adventures and accomplishments awaiting Lady Elohor. May this new decade bring even more love, laughter, and success,” he added.

The event was a celebration of not only Lady Elohor’s milestone but also the profound impact she has had on those who know her. With heartfelt toasts, fond memories, and expressions of admiration, the gathering underscored the values of family, love, and community.

Barr. Akutah concluded his speech by raising glasses to lady Asu Beks,  


“To Lady Elohor Asu Beks, your health, happiness, and the next chapter of your remarkable journey,  may this decade brings even more love, laughter and success. Happy 40th birthday!”
